Our End of Year Concert will be held on SATURDAY 15TH NOVEMBER 2025 at 11:00AM.

ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION

All students participate in our End of Year Concert and students work on these routines each week in class, developing their skills in the process and learning the importance of rehearsal, commitment, performance techniques and teamwork.

In terms of attendance, it is very important that students do not miss any of their scheduled classes between now and concert time so they can spend their rehearsal time together to perform their routines, feel confident and look amazing. Of course, this is only if it can’t be helped and in line with studio guidelines. If for any reason your child will miss a number of their regular classes in Term 4, we ask that you contact us via email or BAND to let us know in advance.

If there is any reason why your child will not be able to perform at the concert on the dates and times provided, please let us know so we can make amendments to the class routines involving them.

CONCERT FEE

A concert fee of $80.00 per student will be payable. This will be included in your weekly direct debit starting on Friday 10th October (Week 1). Students who have not paid their concert fee will be unable to perform in the concert.

CONCERT TSHIRT

All students receive a concert t shirt included as part of their performers fee. You can pre-select the size you wish to receive by filling out the form below before Wednesday 8th October. Anyone who has not preselected their shirt size will have their t-shirt assigned based on their age.

CONCERT MEMORABILIA

VIDEOS

We engage the services of a Professional Videographer. All parents will receive a digital download of their dancers show included as a part of your concert performers fee. All parents will be emailed with a link which will enable you to view and download the concert videos at home.

ONSTAGE PHOTOS

We engage the services of a professional photographer to capture onstage photos during the concert. As part of your concert performer’s fee, all families will receive a digital gallery download of their dancer’s onstage moments. After the concert, you will be emailed a link that allows you to view and download the photos at home.

If you have recently changed emails, please drop us an email at [email protected] to ensure we have an up to date email address for you and you don’t miss out.

Concert videos & photos will be emailed out Mid December and will be available for 4 weeks only to download.

STUDIO REHEARSAL DAYS

Rehearsal – Minis & Lil Groovers

📍 Where:
The League Studios

📅 When:
Saturday 8th November
9:00am – 11:00am (the Saturday before their concert)

What to Wear/Bring:

Normal dance attire (just like a regular class)

Dance shoes

Drink bottle and small snack

No hair or makeup required

Arrival:
Arrive 15 minutes early so we can start on time.

Students will receive their Concert T-Shirts at this rehearsal.


Rehearsal – Juniors

📍 Where:
The League Studios

📅 When:
Saturday 8th November
9:00am – 11:00am (the Saturday before their concert)

What to Wear/Bring:

Normal dance attire (just like a regular class)

All dance shoes

Plenty of water and snacks

No hair or makeup required

Arrival:
Arrive 15 minutes early so you are ready to start at 9:00am sharp.

Students will receive their Concert T-Shirts at this rehearsal.


⚠️ Note: Parents do not need to stay for these rehearsals — we have plenty of teachers, staff, and seniors to support our dancers.

BROLGA THEATRE DRESS REHEARSAL (JUNIORS AND MINIS ONLY)

Where:
Brolga Theatre

When:
Thursday 13th November
4:00pm – 5:30pm

What to Bring/Wear:

Costumes, stockings, and all required shoes

No hair or makeup needed

Light snack and water bottle

Arrival:
Please arrive on time so we can run through smoothly in the theatre.

PHOTO DAY

SATURDAY, November 22ND, 2025

We’re thrilled to make this year’s Photo Day extra special!
Each dancer will have both solo and group photos taken to capture these special memories.

Photo Day – Updates & Reminders

1. Getting Ready
Please do not wear your costume to the studio for Photo Day.
Come in a loose button-up dress or top and pants that won’t ruin hair or makeup if you’re wearing any.

2. Changing at the Studio
The big studio will be set up with costume racks for getting changed — please keep the toilets free for those needing to go.
To help with space and child safety, we ask that only one adult per dancer be in the studio to assist with changing.
Mums and grandmas are preferred.

3. Garment Bags
Bring all costumes in your League garment bag — they’re perfect for keeping everything neat and organised.

4. Lil Groovers & Minis (3-in-1 Costumes)

The studio will hold onto all accessories to make sure nothing goes missing.

Please bring your base costume only on Photo Day.

We’ll add the skirt piece for photos, then collect it afterwards.

On Concert Day, once they’ve performed, all accessories will be placed neatly back into their garment bag for you to take home.

5. Makeup

Lil Groovers & Minis: No makeup needed.

Juniors: Light makeup is fine — a touch of foundation, mascara, and blush if you wish.
Please no red lipstick, to help keep costumes in pristine condition.

6. Final Checklist

Dancers must be in full costume with hair and makeup done before their photo time.

Bring all required shoes and accessories (except for Groovers & Minis accessories, which we’re holding).

Photo Purchases
Our photographer will be capturing each class and individual dancer during Photo Day.
Photos will be uploaded to an online gallery for families to view and purchase directly.

Pricing:

$10 per photo

Every 5th photo free

A gallery link and purchase details will be shared once photos are ready.

CONCERT DAY PROCEDURES

Concert Day Information

We want concert day to run smoothly and stress-free for everyone. Please read the following carefully and keep it handy for reference.


🚪 Drop-Off

Where: Sign-in at the roller door next to the stage door (Brolga Theatre).

When: Students must arrive 1 hour before their show time.

What happens:

Teachers and helpers will collect your child and their bag.

Parents do not need to enter backstage.

Students are escorted to their allocated area.

Come ready: Hair, makeup, and stockings must be done before drop-off.


🎒 What to Bring

Lil Groovers:

Arrive in costume base + concert T-shirt over the top.

Bag with: shoes, hair & makeup touch-ups, snacks, and water.

Minis & Juniors:

Arrive in concert T-shirt + any bottoms.

Bag with: labelled costume bag (all costumes + shoes), drink bottle, and touch-ups.

Our team will organise and hang all costumes and belongings backstage.


👋 Pick-Up

At the end of the show, all performers join the catwalk finale in the foyer and receive their concert medal.

Families can collect children directly from the foyer after the finale.

One parent may then go backstage (with staff guidance) to collect the child’s bag and belongings.

Stay in the foyer afterwards for photos with teachers, friends, and family!


🔒 Security & Student Safety

All students will be signed in/out on security lists.

Only League Studios staff and registered parent helpers are permitted backstage.

We cannot deliver food/messages during the show — please ensure your child has everything they need.

No valuables or electronic devices. Phones are not permitted backstage or in changing areas.

The studio is not responsible for lost/damaged items.


🏥 Medical Conditions

If your child has a medical condition or is carrying medication, please notify our supervisors at sign-in so we can ensure their safety.
